Rates
Cottages
- Weekly reservation - $179/night.
- Week Day reservation (Sun - Thur) - $189/night.
- Week-End reservation (Thur - Sun) - $ 199/night.
- Cottage rates are based on 4 persons, $25 per day each additional person 12 years or older.
- For holiday period add $35
- There is a three night minimum from May 1st – Labor Day.
- Reservations require 50% deposit and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in at 3:00 P.M. and check-out 12:00 noon
- Late check-out will be assessed $30 for each additional hour.
- Smoking is not permitted inside cottages. A fee of $100 will be assessed for violators.
- No dogs are allowed in cottages.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Campground
- RV (Standard): Daily - $45.00 : Holidays - $48.00
- RV (Pull Through): Daily - $50.00 : Holidays - $55.0
- Campground rates are based on 4 persons (over age 12) per campsite, and $6 per day for each additional person over 12 years of age.
- More than one air-conditioning unit $2/day.
- There is a 2 night minimum and a 3 night minimum for holidays.
- Reservations made after May 1 must be paid in full when made.
- Check in at 12 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM, late check-out fee is $10 for 2 P.M. check-out, and $20 for 6 P.M. check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
- Campsite Refunds are as follows: More than 30 days - 80%; 15 - 30 days - 50%; less than 15 days - no refund.
- Cottage Refunds as follows: More than 45 days – 80%; 21-45 days – 50%; Less than 21 days – no refund.
- Refunds are not offered for early checkout.
